SPECIAL EVENT in Hurstville
The Australian Institute of Classical Dance (AICD)
is holding two events in Sydney in April.
The first is the International Ballet Scholarship 2010
to be held on the 14th April at the Hurstville Entertainment Centre.
The winner of the competition will have the opportunity to attend
the Houston Ballet Academy's intensive Summer Programme in June.
Return air fare, tuition, accommodation and meals are provided.
The second event is to be held in Penrith on the 25th April at the La Danse studios.
Titled "A day with the stars" Junior Ballet Award the event will
have two principal artists from the Australian Ballet as guest teachers.
The ages of the entrants range from 8 to 15 years.
The competition will consist of a classical class with a solo of choice per category.

SPECIAL EVENT in Penrith
The Australian Institute of Classical Dance (AICD)
is holding two events in Sydney in April.
The first is the International Ballet Scholarship 2010
to be held on the 14th April at the Hurstville Entertainment Centre.
The winner of the competition will have the opportunity to attend
the Houston Ballet Academy's intensive Summer Programme in June.
Return air fare, tuition, accommodation and meals are provided.
The second event is to be held in Penrith on the 25th April at the La Danse studios.
Titled "A day with the stars" Junior Ballet Award the event will
have two principal artists from the Australian Ballet as guest teachers.
The ages of the entrants range from 8 to 15 years.
The competition will consist of a classical class with a solo of choice per category.

Participants will be allocated classes according to age & capabilities so
no matter whether you are a beginner or advanced dancer,
