Our Portable Studio
Naomi and David set up a large 6m wide studio backdrop
within your Dance Studio. This size enables you to use your
stage props to enhance the overall look of the photo shoot.
Large groups are a breeze. Area required for set up is 8 m2
How much will it cost my school?
The only cost is time.
There is NO PHOTOGRAPHER FEE.
If you are within the Sydney Metro area, there is NO TRAVELLING FEE.
Out of the Sydney Metro area will incur the cost of fuel & accommodation.
What does the school receive?
Your Dance Studio will receive a 
Digital GROUP ALBUM to
Help Promote your Dance School on Enrolment Day.
The Album Size Is A3 (297cm x 420cm)
dancephoto will also promote your Dance School with a selection
As well as *5% of sales goes back to the school as a fund raiser.

How Do family & friends Order Photos?
Images can be viewed and ordered ON-LINE.
The PASSWORD to get access will be handed out
to you and the Parents on the day of the shoot.
We do not take the security of children lightly.
The only way to gain access to these images is with your PASSWORD.
The schools we photograph welcomed the online ordering with open arms and
appreciate the ease of ordering when they want to rather than when they have to.
We have also set up a secure link for credit card payments over the net.
This way all the parents concerns when it comes to the security of their kids
and their credit card details have been addressed.
This system reduces the chances of orders being lost as well as saving the schools
from the extra workload, the security involved in collecting orders
and the turnaround time involved in doing so.
Once the orders are printed,
they are mailed directly to the people placing the order.
In peak season, orders can take 2 - 4 weeks delivery.

Here are a few tips to make Photo Day run smoothly
and less stressful!
*Have a set pose for each group.
If the routine has a starting or ending pose, we’ll use that.
*Have a pose for the individual shots that suits the choreography of that group.
It helps especially for the littlies if each child does the same pose from that group.
The older kids and seniors generally can do their own pose that suits the choreography.
*It generally takes about 45 minutes to photograph the babies group and individuals.
The older groups and individuals need approx 20 minutes to photograph.
*Please ensure NO VIDEO or STILL CAMERAS are used near the studio set up.
It interferes with flow of the photo shoot.
