Our Portable Studio
Naomi and David set up a large 6m wide studio backdrop
within your Dance Studio. This size enables you to use your
stage props to enhance the overall look of the photo shoot.
Large groups are a breeze. Area required for set up is 8 m2
How much will it cost my school?
The only cost is time.
There is NO PHOTOGRAPHER FEE.
If you are within the Sydney Metro area, there is NO TRAVELLING FEE.
Out of the Sydney Metro area will incur the cost of fuel & accommodation.
What does the school receive?
1. You can choose up to 20 digital images to be supplied on CD for FREE
2.*$1 per image sold goes back to the school as a fund raiser.
*(over a 3 month ordering period)
3. Your Dance Studio will receive a 
Digital GROUP ALBUM to
Help Promote your Dance School on Enrolment Day.
The Album Size Is A3 (297cm x 420cm)

How Do family & friends Order Photos?
Images can be viewed and ordered ON-LINE.
We do not take the security of children lightly.
The only way to gain access to these images is with your Access Code.
The "Access Code" to view these Protected Galleries
will be handed out to you and the Parents on Photo Day.
Registering for an account in Photo Cart will allow you to add images to "My Favourites"
so you can view ALL the images of your child/children on the one page.
Use it like a "Brag Book On-Line".
You can also flag each image and "Compare them Side by Side"
which will allow you to choose images a lot easier!
We have also set up a secure link for credit card payments over the net.
This way all the parents concerns when it comes to the security of their kids
and their credit card details have been addressed.
This system reduces the chances of orders being lost as well as saving the schools
from the extra workload, the security involved in collecting orders
and the turnaround time involved in doing so.
Once the orders are printed,
they are mailed directly to the people placing the order.
In peak season, orders can take 2 - 4 weeks delivery.

Here are a few tips to allow Photo Day to run smoothly
and less stressful with the right timing!
Allow 1hr to for setting up of backdrop, lights and camera equipment.
A teacher is to be present at all times during the shoot.
*After class leading up to Photo Day, practice a set pose for each GROUP within a 5m x 2m space. If the routine has a starting or ending pose, we’ll use that.
*Have a full length  & close-up  pose for the individual shots that suits the choreography of that routine. It helps especially for the littlies if each child does the same solo pose.
The older kids can generally do their own pose that suits the choreography of that routine, but please ensure they use a "DIFFERENT POSE" for each routine and NOT the same pose they used in their GROUP shot. This way the parents are sure to have photos with different poses for each costume.
These next two points are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT so the day runs ON TIME!
*To calculate the time needed to photograph
the babies groups and individuals, allow 2 minutes per child.
(That’s 1 minute per child & 1 minute each towards the GROUP)
eg. 20 min for a GROUP of 10 students.
*To calculate the time needed to photograph
the older groups and individuals, allow 1 minute per child.
(That’s 30 seconds per child & 30 seconds each towards the GROUP)
eg. 10 min for a GROUP of 10 students.
*Please ensure NO VIDEO or STILL CAMERAS are used near the studio set up.
It interferes with flow of the photo shoot.
